A Legacy Tarnished!
Acting Governor Codey's golden legacy has been highly tarnished! According to an Asbury Park Press editorial dated 1/14, we have a new threat to our attempts to preserve New Jersey's agricultural heritage and open space. Codey signed into law a bill (S-206/A-559) that would expand the kinds of commercial uses permitted on preserved farmland.
